Tallbohovskolan has approximately 400 students in grades F-6 (preschool to sixth grade). The school is multicultural, and many families are bilingual or multilingual. The operations also include a municipal resource school and an adapted primary school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You work with students in grades F-6 who need support and stimulation, both individually, in groups, and in the classroom. You contribute to students achieving as high a level of goal fulfillment as possible based on their capacity. You collaborate closely with the student health team and the workgroup. You provide support and supervision to the workgroup's teachers. You also work systematically with the school's annual calendar for screening and interventions related to screening results. You can independently process results and analyze them together with the grade-level teachers with the aim of adapting teaching based on the results. You have the ability to create security and good relationships with students, guardians, and educators. As a special needs teacher with us, you are offered a varied job where, together with your colleagues, you design a secure learning environment with the students' best interests at the forefront.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• Licensed special needs teacher with a focus on Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language, reading and writing development for grades F-6. It is meritorious if you are also qualified in mathematics for grades F-6.
• Understand, speak, read, and write fluent Swedish.
• Have experience teaching as a special needs teacher.
• Are well-versed in the Swedish National Curriculum for Compulsory School, Preschool Class and Preschool (Lgr22).

As a person, you are secure, stable, and positive. You are calm and receptive in your interactions and build trusting relationships with both students and adults. You find it easy to collaborate with others and work to create an open and non-hierarchical collaborative climate where new ideas are encouraged and where everyone takes joint responsibility for achieving set goals. To ensure quality in processes, you plan, organize, and prioritize effectively. You are also communicative and can convey information clearly and pedagogically, adapted to the recipient and situation.
